By using this website and Logistics Leader services, user confirm that he/she have read and understand this Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (together referred to herein as the “User Agreement”). The Agreement governs the use of our services. Logistics Leader will gather, use, and maintain information consistent with the Agreement.
- All information provided by our clients is kept confidential and will be subject to privacy policy and proprietary information.
- Logistics Leader has the right to refuse any tasks or job requests; it feels are immoral, unethical or unsafe.
- A 24-hour notice is preferred, but not required on all requests. We will try our best to fulfill your requests as soon as possible. There is no additional charge for same day service.
- All the jobs and tasks are subject to availability of performing staff.
- Our normal business hours are Monday through Saturday 9 AM – 6 PM.
- We service primarily the Alexandria area, services rendered outside of the area may incur additional charges.
- A deposit may be requested from new clients to cover estimated expenses and labor. Payment is expected upon completion of services unless billing arrangements have been made in advance.
- Logistics Leader takes no responsibility for any damages suffered from a result of using their services. In no event will they be liable for any lost revenue, profit or data or anything whatsoever.
- Logistics Leader service fees are for services only and do not include the cost of any goods. Reimbursement of merchandise is due upon receipt, unless agreed to in advance.
- We execute any order as per its terms and conditions as long as it is legal, ethical and moral. We reserve the right to deny certain service requests with or without any prior notice. Prices are subject to change.
